Services

  • Psychotherapy

I understand the therapeutic relationship can be a powerful catalyst for change. My ultimate goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment that will nurture the therapeutic alliance and allow the client to get what they need, where they are at. I incorporate a variety of treatment modalities and operate from a holistic, client-centered, strengths-based mindset to tailor treatment to each client’s specific needs. I am also EMDR trained and currently pursuing certification. I value collaboration with my clients and welcome any feedback!

  • EMDR

EMDR is a therapeutic intervention that can be used to support clients in reducing or resolving their symptoms more quickly than traditional talk therapy alone. Please see this link from EMDRAA for more information.

“Compassion is not a relationship between the healer and the wounded. It’s a relationship between equals. Only when we know our own darkness well can we be present with the darkness of others. Compassion becomes real when we recognize our shared humanity.”
